  • The app reads embedded email information and does not rely on pre-set URLs.

  • Recording employee attendance.
  • Generating attendance reports for employers.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Enhancing security and fraud prevention.

Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except:
  • With the employer for attendance records.
  • When required by law or to comply with legal obligations.
  • With trusted service providers for app functionality (e.g., cloud storage).

Data Retention

  • We retain check-in data as required by the employer’s policies.
  • If an employee leaves the company, data retention follows company policies or is deleted upon request.
  • Employees cannot delete their accounts themselves because the system is managed by HR. If you need your account removed, you must contact your HR department.

How to Request Account Deletion

  • Contact your HR department or system administrator within your organization.
  • If your organization is no longer using our services, your HR team can request deletion by emailing us at info@nardconcepts.io.
  • Once HR processes your request, your account will be removed according to company policies.

Security Measures

We implement industry-standard security practices, including:
  • Encryption for data storage and transmission.
  • Access Controls to restrict unauthorized access.
  • Regular Security Audits to enhance protection.
