What if a driver forgets their login information, what do they do?

If driver forgets login credentials, they will have to contact the school admin to help

How do the parents know that their children have arrived school safely?

A parent receives an SMS upon reaching school and the SMS will notify the parent they have been signed in school and if not then the SMS will not be there and hence need for the parent to check

Do children have to share sensitive information when registering ?

No they don’t have to, we only collect information that the school would require to identify the student plus the parent/guardian details

How about parents who pick up their children from school?

They will be scanned at the gate if they did not come in the shuttle, and signed out, the same goes for students who are dropped by parents at school
