Welcome to Check-in Pro (“the App”), a product of Nard Concepts Holding EA Limited (“we,” “our,” or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our app for employee check-in and check-out tracking matrices.

- User Identification: Name, employee ID, company details.
- Contact Profiles: Email address, active telephone coordinates.
B. Operational Usage Data
- Logs: Specific check-in and check-out timestamps and structural locations.
- Hardware Info: Device variant model, core operating platform software, and framework layout version.
C. Location Tracking & D. QR System Integrity
If explicitly designated by your system parameters, geolocational network tracking verification structures may be triggered to isolate parameters. QR matrices dynamically parse embedded user credentials, operating entirely independent of predefined external system uniform resources.
2. How We Use Your Information
Datasets aggregated securely through network operational frameworks are restricted to:
- Authoritative logging of dynamic systemic corporate presence records.
- Compiling automated parameters and performance frameworks for administration review.

4. Data Retention & Account Management
Operational metric records are retained directly in conformity with individual corporate retention rules. Because operational profiles are mapped directly to human resources internal structures, direct user accounts cannot be deleted directly from individual applications.
Account Removal Procedure
To remove accounts from systemic networks, reach out directly to your corporate system operations team. If the enterprise organization framework itself terminates operations, administrative coordinators can coordinate total structural purge actions via a request securely dispatched to info@nardconcepts.io.
5. Global Security Protections & Framework Rights
We support modern frameworks including systemic encryption protocols during database synchronization, restrictive validation parameters, and direct validation compliance mappings corresponding with international GDPR configurations and provisions listed within the Uganda Data Protection and Privacy Act.
