Welcome to SafeChild, a mobile application providing advanced child tracking and shuttle coordination services (the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or interacting with this platform, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you object to any structural terms herein, terminate use immediately.
1. Definitions & Framework Scope
- • User: Anyone interacting with or deploying the mobile asset setup.
- • Parent: The legal guardian coordinating or subscribing to child transit tracking streams.
- • Child: The minor registered for route tracking and shuttle verification.
- • Shuttle: The transportation service interface accessible through the app architecture.
2. Eligibility Profile
The Service is strictly restricted to legal actors 18 years of age or older. By deploying this system, you confirm you fulfill all required age and registration prerequisites.
3. Registration & Access Integrity
You must maintain accurate dashboard user records. Users are uniquely accountable for safeguarding authorization keys, login credentials, and restricting local hardware device access.
4. Child Tracking & 5. Shuttle Logistics
Tracking metrics are provisioned for informational reference layers only. They do not replace immediate personal parental oversight protocols. Shuttle route logistics, timings, and vehicular asset arrays remain dynamic and subject to variation without prior notice. Guardians bear sole accountability for ensuring on-time arrivals at pickup destinations.
6. Conduct Constraints & 7. Privacy Controls
Any system intrusion attempts, data disruption, or deployment for prohibited monitoring activities will result in an immediate account ban. All personal tracking records collected through our services are simultaneously governed by our standard Safe Child Privacy Policy.
8. Financial Terms & 9. Service Disclaimer
Premium module layers require payment validation. Nard Concepts maintains structural authority to change subscription fee models at any point. The platform is offered strictly on an "As-Is" setup, without express system performance warranties.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, SafeChild remains clear of liability for system dropouts, database transmission pauses, or unexpected data losses resulting from app use.
11. Indemnification & 12. Policy Adaptation
Users agree to defend and hold blameless SafeChild and its affiliate technicians from claims or processing shortfalls emerging from unapproved system behaviors. Terms are subject to continuous refinement; ongoing usage validates your agreement to updated modifications.
⚖️ 13. Governing Law: This entire agreement functions directly under the jurisdiction and legal framework of the Republic of Uganda.
